The Vision Given by
the Lord to Jose' Davila
July 2, 1999
In the vision I was headed to a church and I was with my wife and my
daughter. We entered this church and we heard voices worshiping. It
was a choir. They were worshiping and they were reading the Word;
they were reading the promises of God. As they were worshiping their
words of worship were God's Words, reminding God of His promises. In
this congregation there was no light. It was dark. I couldn't see
the person in front of me. All of a sudden, as they prayed and
worship continued, my wife started to cry and I started to cry and
my daughter started to cry. Then people in the background started to
cry because the Presence of God was near. All of a sudden the room
lit up with a lightening. The Presence of God came and the Lord said
that He wants His people to continue to pray; to pray the Word to
bring the promises to Him to remind Him of His promises through
prayer and worship. When He said this, He also said He was going to
bless His people in a great and mighty way if they continue to pray.
He wanted the prayer to continue without ceasing day and night,
night and day, because a revival was going to break through. A
revival that no man had seen before was going to come. When He said
that, the room lit up and when I opened my eyes I saw a river; a
mighty river coming into the congregation. It came with power and He
said that this represents revival. When He said that, He took me to
another place. This place had a platform and my wife and I were
standing on this platform. There were people in the background,
around the platform and coming toward the platform. Those around the
platform were praying because the Lord had said to continue to pray
for revival. They surrounded the platform. The Lord said that the
people that are surrounding the platform are like the walls of the
tabernacle; the curtain that surrounded or divided the tabernacle
from the people on the outer section. He said that these were to
surround in prayer and that the prayer was like the fire on the
altar that God said not to let go out; that the fire was to stay
alive like the fire of the lamps that was not allowed to turn off.
He showed me people coming to be ministered to. They were coming and
carrying others. My wife was teaching the Word and I was on the
other side of her ministering to them. But the altar was surrounded
with people in prayer. They were kneeling down and they were praying
in the Spirit for this revival while the revival was going on. From
there, the Lord took me to another place. At this place was a road
that was bumpy and rocky and very hard to walk on. It was harder to
pull the wagon I was pulling, made of wood, up this hill. I was
struggling. The Lord said, "Look up." When I looked up I saw a path,
a road that had been paved. The Lord said, "Come." I asked Him how I
could take the wagons and put them up there because the road He
showed me wasn't on the ground. It was above the earth. It was like
a spiritual road. I told Him that I could not lift them up. He said,
"Leave everything behind. Let it go. This path that I have ordained
for you to walk on, you will not struggle any more. You will be
blessed if you walk this path."
Because of these visions, Remnant Seed Ministries was birthed.
We started in our living room praying and reading the Word of God.
We started reaching out to the community
by collecting items, renting U-Hauls and going to the streets and
blessing the people.
